Open letter from Lucía Peña, President of the International Institute of Neural Stimulation and Natural Therapies

To whom it may concern,

On November 25th we have the opportunity to create a movement for women who need to be heard, but have been hindered by fear, anxiety, hopelessness, helplessness, anger, pain, and uncertainty and this has stopped them from raising their voices.

On this date the United Nations has established the International Day to Eliminate Violence Against Women, and we Manos Sin Fronteras and the International Institute of Neural Stimulation and Natural Therapies say WE ARE HERE and we will show our support by dressing in orange on this date.

All women who have this Knowledge?  Want to share a powerful tool that has made us see life with different eyes, it is Meditation. Perhaps some will say “how ridiculous”; “to fight physical or psychological aggression, I will meditate”, but yes indeed! absolutely YES!

5 minutes make the difference!

In that moment I am there with myself, I breathe and I am the master of my own life, with each breath I let go of fears, insecurities, anger, jealousy, envy, rivalry and I cultivate the truth, my truth and solidarity between us. We become confident in ourselves and in that we can transform our realities, if we want to. We eliminate the shame or embarrassment of saying what we think,  or what we want and we can move to action with serenity. Hope gives us the strength, so that there is not one more scream, nor one more hand raised against a woman. We create a shield against all attacks and we say:

We are here together, united, in solidarity and we are one voice:  NO MORE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN!

We are all dressed in orange.

Meditation La Jardinera

Now that you are well prepared, your spine is like a tree, straight, breathing gentle and slow, your eyes closed, you are in peace and harmony.

In the middle, in front of you, there is a sphere, it is a crystal sphere. It will open and you will fill it with all your worries, the childhood fears, all those fears which have been taught through the education, the jealousy, the envy, all those wishes which do not help us, all that pain, all the damage that has been caused to you, all the suffering, all those things that you have worried about and that do not let you breath, all this will be inside of that bubble, crystal sphere, everything inside. Work problems, family problems, love problems, everything will be inside. You are not afraid anymore, there is nothing that can affect you. That crystal sphere closes and it slowly moves away from you and goes in direction of the ocean, it enters the sea and it explodes with the strong waves. Everything that was inside is purified by the water, everything is purified and you feel free, in harmony, you are fine.

Now comes another bubble, it is a crystal sphere, look at it, it is beautiful, it shines and it opens and again you will fill it with understanding, you will fill it with flowers, you will fill it with forgiveness, you will fill it with wishes, you will fill it with personal ambitions to help others, to help the earth, you will fill it with good will, because you will do this work for the Universe. You will fill it with all the essence of the trees, the nature, the flowers, the perfume. You will also fill it with mercy, again with forgiveness and with that great generosity that is inside you. And finally, you fill it with wishes for you, for your family, for your friends, for the beings that are in nature, the elves, the fairies, the gnomes and the Universe. And when closing it, it will always be full of love, a very great love that is in you, my dear Masters. That great love is what will close the door of the bubble, that crystal sphere. And now that bubble is directed towards the sky, it goes up, goes up, now there comes a comet, the stars and it goes up and goes through nebulae, until arriving at the first rays of the sun. The sun, so large, so full of light and with its rays it caresses the crystal sphere, again it will explode, it will explode like fireworks. And all that was inside will fall upon our mother the Earth and thus all beings of the Earth will contemplate the love, the essence, the colors, the perfume, and all that goodness, generosity and mercy. Thus we receive it on the Earth, as a caress, caress of love.

Now, you will prepare to slowly awaken. You begin to move your hands, your feet, slowly your head, first on the left side, then the right side, backwards, forward and very sweetly, very gently you begin to open your eyes, with the sweet taste of having been few moments connected with the Universe and with your Master, who is yourself, your higher self. Your soul and the Universe. Always remain in harmony and with all the love of Servant to you.
